Delete your account in the app

1. Open Encore and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then select Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

If Firebase asks you to authenticate again for security, sign out, sign back in and repeat these steps.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot open or sign in to Encore, email encoreapplicationsupport@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Encore account. Use the subject Encore account deletion request.

We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. We will respond and complete a verified request within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your Encore account permanently removes the shared Firebase Authentication account used to sign in on iOS and Android, including its account identifier, email address and profile information held with that account.

Data that is kept separately

• Concert data on your devices: shows, posters, tickets, photos, notes, ratings and expenses remain locally until you use Settings → Delete all local data or remove the app’s data.
• Google Drive backups: Android backups remain in your own Google Drive until you use Settings → Google Drive backup → Delete Google Drive backups.
• iCloud backups: iOS backups remain in your iCloud account until you delete them through Encore on iOS.
• Photos and shared copies: originals saved in your photo library and copies already shared with other people or services are not removed.
• Purchases: deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the relevant store if you do not want future charges.

Support correspondence is retained only as needed to complete the request, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Payment and transaction records are controlled by Apple or Google and follow their retention requirements. Service providers may retain limited logs or backup copies under their published retention practices.
